Product overview Calcium zinc stabilizer is an environmentally friendly heat stabilizer, which is composed of organic acid salts of calcium (Ca) and zinc (Zn) (such as stearic acid salt, lauric acid salt) and auxiliary additives, and conforms to the global trend of lead-free (RoHS, REACH and other regulations). Core features Environmental protection and safety: Free of heavy metals (lead, cadmium), suitable for food contact (FDA certified models), childrens toys, and medical products. No toxic smoke during combustion, suitable for scenarios with high fire prevention requirements for building materials. Thermal stability: The initial coloring property is good (white products are not easily yellowed), but the long-term thermal stability is slightly inferior to lead salts. It is necessary to use auxiliary stabilizers (such as - diketone and hypophosphite) to enhance performance. Processing adaptability: Strong lubricity, it is necessary to adjust the lubrication system (reduce the amount of external lubricant used). Suitable for low-temperature processing (160-190 DegC), but zinc burning may occur at high temperatures.
