PVC Processing AidPVC Processing Aids are acrylic-based polymers that enhance the processing of PVC materials. They promote fusion, improving surface finish and gloss in finished products. These aids are used in rigid PVC applications and help reduce production stoppages and equipment adherence. High molecular weight grades increase in-process torque and dough temperature, while lower molecular weight grades facilitate melting without high temperatures.
