  • ACM impact modifier is a polymer elastomer modifier with acrylic ester as the main chain, which has excellent impact resistance and processing adaptability, and is widely used in hard PVC product systems. It can significantly enhance the impact strength of PVC products at room temperature and low temperature, improve material brittleness, reduce cracking and damage, and has good compatibility with PVC resin, evenly dispersed, and does not affect the appearance and glossiness of the products. While enhancing toughness, ACM can also optimize melt plasticization effect, improve processing flowability, reduce melt fracture and surface defects, and adapt to various scenarios such as pipes, profiles, foam boards, sheets, and injection molded parts. Compared with traditional modifiers, ACM has better weather resistance, is less prone to precipitation, and has strong long-term stability. It can be used alone or combined with additives such as CPE and MBS to increase efficiency. On the premise of balancing cost and performance, it provides a more balanced toughening solution for PVC products.
